Good to know before we arrive.
Quick answers about scheduling, access and what to expect from your cleaning.
Do you need to use my water and electricity?
Yes. Our pressure-washing equipment requires access to the customer’s outdoor water connection and a standard outside electrical outlet. Please make sure both are accessible when we arrive. Normal utility use for the cleaning is included as part of providing access for the service.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your bins are empty, accessible and we have any needed gate or access instructions, you do not need to be home.
Do the bins need to be empty?
Yes. Bins should be empty of household trash, loose garbage and personal items before service. A small amount of normal residue is fine.
Where should I leave my bins?
Leave them in an easy-to-reach spot such as near your driveway, curb or normal collection area. Add special access instructions to your booking request if needed.
What does the cleaning include?
Service includes cleaning the interior and exterior, a sanitizing step, deodorizing and a final inspection. Some permanent stains, fading, rust, paint or physical damage may remain.
What if the weather is bad?
Heavy rain, lightning, severe weather or other unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We will contact you if your appointment needs to move.
Can I schedule recurring cleanings?
Yes. You can request monthly, every-two-months or quarterly service. There are no automatic charges; payment is due after each completed visit.
What if I am outside the listed service area?
