Booking requests

Submitting the website form is a request for service, not a guaranteed appointment. Service is confirmed only after Cape Fear Bin Cleaning accepts the requested date, location, and scope.

Customer responsibility and access

The customer represents that they own the bins or have permission to authorize cleaning. Bins should be empty and reasonably accessible at the agreed service location. Customers should provide gate codes, parking/access details, or other information needed to perform the service safely.

Water and electrical access

By requesting and authorizing Cape Fear Bin Cleaning to perform service at the property, the customer confirms that they are authorized to provide access to the property’s utilities and agrees that Cape Fear Bin Cleaning may use the property’s available outdoor water connection and a standard outside electrical outlet as reasonably necessary to operate its bin-cleaning and pressure-washing equipment during the service. The customer is responsible for ensuring those utility connections are accessible and suitable for ordinary use. Normal water and electricity consumed during the cleaning are provided by the customer as part of the service access and are not separately reimbursed by Cape Fear Bin Cleaning.

Items that should not be in the bin

Before service, remove household trash, loose personal property, hazardous materials, medical waste, chemicals, hot ash, sharp objects, animal remains, or anything else that could create an unsafe cleaning condition. Cape Fear Bin Cleaning may decline or stop service when conditions appear unsafe.

Condition of bins and cleaning results

Cleaning is intended to remove ordinary dirt, grime, residue, and odor. Permanent stains, discoloration, fading, rust, paint, adhesive, scratches, cracks, existing damage, or odors absorbed into the material may not be fully removable. No particular cosmetic result is guaranteed.

Existing damage

Customers should disclose bins that are cracked, brittle, structurally damaged, modified, or otherwise unusually fragile. We may decline to clean a bin when doing so could reasonably worsen existing damage.

Weather, safety, and rescheduling

Service may be delayed, shortened, or rescheduled because of lightning, severe weather, unsafe access, equipment issues, water restrictions, or other conditions that make the work unsafe or impractical. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer when a schedule changes.

Products and cleaning process

Cleaning products and equipment are used as part of the service. Customers should keep children and pets away from the immediate work area during service and until the area is safe to re-enter. Product selection or cleaning technique may change based on the condition of the bin and manufacturer directions.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due after the completed service. Recurring-service selections do not authorize automatic card charges. Pricing may change for unusually large quantities, unusual conditions, or work outside standard service offerings, but any different price should be communicated before that work is performed.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Cape Fear Bin Cleaning may also cancel or reschedule a service when access, safety, weather, equipment, or other circumstances prevent completion.

Limitation

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Any dispute or liability will remain subject to applicable North Carolina law.
